PLEASE contact us first before returning any items to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization) if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the
items are working. Please return the items in their original packaging
within 30 business days to the address on your packing slip. Items MUST
be returned with original box & packaging.
If you are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you
notice a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items
being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition
(brand new) as they were upon being shipped out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10% restock fee on specific items that are
returned.
Please DO NOT damage the box or packaging until you have had a chance to
look over the item (s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All
the original paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers must
be included.
Items must be returned within 30 days upon receiving shipment. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, or your money back!
All items returned without an RA#, will be rejected. |
