If you are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you
notice a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items
being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition
(brand new) as they were upon being shipped out. Do not attempt to return any items without an RA#.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10-15% restock fee on specific items that are
returned.
Please DO NOT damage the original box or packaging until you have had a chance
to look over the item (s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
All the original paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers, and original box,
must be included.
Items must be returned within 7-10 days upon receiving shipment. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, or your money back!
