Most of the items are dropshipped directly from the
manufacturer's warehouse with a 99.9% fill rate, and may be stocked in
multiple warehouses throughout the United States.
Please have a valid residential or commercial shipping address when
ordering. For heavier items that require freight shipping, we cannot
deliver to PO Boxes or APO-FPO addresses due to shipper restrictions.
We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses at the
time of your order, so please double check and make sure you input the
correct address.
Military address: We can ship smaller items up to 50 lbs. to APO/FPO
addresses. Shipping to a military address works very differently than
regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the
military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various
bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it.
Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items that
they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on

All items are brand new, unopened, and in their original manufacturer's
box/packaging and contain the full manufacturer's warranty.
International shipping: We ship international. If you need to place a
large order, please contact us first to receive a combined discounted
shipping rate.
Most orders ship within 24 hours via UPS Ground or FedEx depending on your destination, total weight and selection of item (s).
If you are ordering multiple items or very large bulk orders that
qualify for freight shipping, please allow up to 4-7 business days for
delivery time.
Most items will ship the same day before 5pm EST via Fed Ex or UPS Ground 3-5 day delivery.
Tracking numbers for each product are emailed to the buyer immediately after the product is shipped.
Please be assured that each product is brand new, highest quality,
factory sealed and packaged safely in the original manufacturers box
before it is shipped.
The seller cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, defects, or
delays that may occur during transit. However should this occur, please
contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper, for a
replacement or a full refund. |
